Laylatul Qadr (the Night of Power) is the most sacred night in the Islamic calendar, described in the Quran as 'better than a thousand months' (Surah Al-Qadr, 97:3). It falls in the last ten nights of Ramadan, most likely on one of the odd nights (21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, or 29th). For Ramadan 2026, these nights would fall approximately between March 11-20. Muslims are encouraged to increase worship, make dua, give charity, and perform I'tikaf during these nights. The recommended dua is: 'Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni' (O Allah, You are the Pardoner and You love to pardon, so pardon me).
